Fix your spelling and grammar if you're going to say something. The spelling is so awful I wouldn't bother reading at all, level 5 isn't a big thing because your a 5/60 (8% is almost nothing), and if you're between levels 1 and 6 you're still a noob.
So:
Exp:
levels 1-6: Novice: voting power increases critically(1 to 8 levels = 1 to 5 votes)
levels 7-20: Elementary
levels 21-40: Intermediate
levels 41-60: Superior
B/P:
ranks 1-4: Low class Blammer/Protector
ranks 5-8: Cop
ranks 9-16: Soldier
ranks 17-26: Leader
Seriously, writing about reaching level 5 is just a waste of text... get over it, it's nothing big and nothing surprising.
